Singapore: The most convenient country

It's 7:39PM, September 3, 2023, when we arrive at Singapore. Before we arrive, I get to experience "airline food" for the first time. I remember having a pasta with some salad and a small piece of bread. I was surprised how delicious the airline food was, and confused since a lot of individuals on the internet shared how bad the airline food is. Nevertheless, I'm glad having my dinner since it is a 2hr flight from Manila to Singapore and I haven't eaten any food since lunch.

Once we arrived, I was impressed by how beautiful and clean the airport was. A huge difference compare to NAIA. There is even a moving travelator!

Enthel and I first locate the terminal for our next flight to Indonesia. Feeling confuse, we decided to talk to one of the "guards" near the door where we went from the plane. He told us that we can go to "Terminal D" and waited there.

We went to a place where the immigration is located, and both of us wanted to go outside of the airport, but we're scared that we might not be able to go back inside. Nevertheless, we were able to go outside the main airport safely without any hassle. We were also told that we can go back inside to catch our flight, since it is a one ticket way out.

Inside Jewel

One our first target after going outside is the Jewel - We actually wanted to other popular places in Singapore, but we don't exactly know how to travel there. The place is beautiful at night. It feels like a different world or those sci-fi laboratories that has a botanical garden inside for some reason.

The Jewel is a mall next to the airport with different shops that you can visit. We first decide to go to a fast-food restaurant to have our dinner/midnight snack/break fast, but when we about to order on a kiosk, they don't sell any meal with rice!

Overall, experiencing Sinngapore is fun and exciting, and it feels like a well-developed modern country in SEA. I'm excited to go back in here when we return back to the Philippines!
